In December of 2012 I went to Sandy Springs Ford looking for a pre-owned vehicle and bought one. I recently started receiving some preprinted letters enticing me to trade up so I got to thinking about it. When I went to Carmax I found that my truck had been in an accident where airbags were deployed; therefore, reducing its worth. Ivan explained that this can happen as accident reports do not typically show up for 30-60 days. I contacted Steve the GSM and he assured me that he would assist, "Just come in and see me". So I did! Steve, Ivan, Finn, and Jose helped me get out of the damaged vehicle and into the car I wanted. He did! I'm driving my 2014 Mustang! If you have an issue give Steve and his team the opportunity to fix it. They want you to leave the Ford dealership a satisfied customer. James Peecook
