My son and I experienced the most wonderful customer service that one could ever imagine last Thursday night, which was the night before the 4th of July. I called Dr. Scott Kirk at home at 12:30 at night, when my teenage son had something painful and invisible in his eye(still, after flushing and showering). First of all, I was so grateful that he answered the phone after midnight. I explained the situation, that we had been in his eye center one time, and he proceeded to talk me through how to try to get the fragment out. Much patience, we performed the procedure, but no luck. He had us drive to his house, so he could help us, now @ 1am. He worked on my son at his home, but needed some equipment, so we all went to his office at 1:30am. My son's eye was numbed at the office, so we weren't sure if the fragment was out or not; Dr. Kirk offered to be available to us the next day, which was the 4th of July. My son was better the next morning, so no need. Dr. Kirk was humble and gracious, and never made us feel that we were intruding on him (which we were!). We were blown away by his professionalism, courtesy, and generosity with his time. Great result (we could have been in an emergency room all night, with no eye specialist). THANK YOU.
