Yes, that was a nice holiday! Such a beautiful hotel, architecturally wonderful. Delightful dining options over the sea with views over the blue of the ocean. We enjoyed that. And to see the fish while snorkeling and eating are so nice to look at. And so many options with pools, beach areas, restaurants, bars, space at the lagoons and at the harbor. Really gorgeous. Nevertheless, a small deficit: the staff is overall very accommodating. We Germans with our modesty are loved. But still, it seems a bit misguided. Drinks do not appear or in the wrong place or very late. That's annoying. Still, the waiters do not have it easy, there are no Tischnumnern. How should you know where to go? A suggestion for improvement would be to make it easier for the service to work with table numbers. Otherwise, almost everyone was on top and diligent. The cleanliness of the area very impressed.
