The mattresses were comfier than I'd had at other hotels recently, it was plush and the lift was convenient - I really liked the light up heart outside too... I did not appreciate the toeslag/surcharge or tourist tax being added after my booking (it may be that the change in rate came in after I had paid which would still bother me, though not as much) as I was fairly sure I had paid all. I don't mind the tourist tax being levied separately to make a point about ineffective financial mis-management of any Countries financial situation but when I buy a room for the night I pay in full - I do not want to turn up and have other charges added to the price of the room.
