We have indeed experienced the same no welcome feeling food was great also we had ordered a nice bottle. It was my son's birthday but minimal attention was paid. Always had to ask for a drink. No explanation of the expensive wine. And after dinner grab your coat yourself because the staff didn't even bother to grab and say goodbye. Never again! pity food was good. But staff let customers out instead of inside what a mockery!
