I had filed a divorce without an attorney to assist, thinking my ex-wife and I would be able to settle on time-sharing with our son. Which after a few months of our case pending, I got my visitations taken away due to the mother being unfair (not court order). Emailing Taracks Gomez & Rickman I got a response right away. My case went through mediation, which lead to trail. Frank was able to fight for my right and I will now get my son 50/50. I had so much fear walking in front of the judge, after walking out I called almost every contact in my phone with joy. I could not thank Frank Kernry enough , and express how much he has changed my life for the better. I now have my family back and the right to be the father I need to be will not be taking from me by another adult that has just as much right as I do. THANK YOU TO FRANK AND THE STAFF!!!
