First, it's incredibly difficult to book an appointment before 2 weeks out - even if your check engine light is on. Our Ram truck was making a rumbling noise and I had to drop it off twice and they had no idea what was going on. I personally think they never looked at it. They said they had to call Dodge directly to find out what was going on and they NEVER followed up. We go to Poway Dodge now. Much better customer service and they will get you in sooner.
