My husband had to contact Kraus customer service for a replacement aerator for our beautiful Kraus, Ramus faucet.

The customer service reps name was Quinn Allen, her level of customer service was outstanding and the way she handled the replacement item and represented Kraus was wonderful. i wish all customer service reps were this good in handling warranty issues.
