It's always a pleasure to come in here. The staff are professionals. I even overheard a customer being nasty over the phone with the receptionist and the young lady handled it very well without losing her cool.
This place is a complete ripp they charge you twice the amount for parts then they hit you with 150 service charge for 8 hours labor if you dont have plan with them never get towed fo Koppel trust me folks a fuse alternator and battery cost me 14 hundred bucks they dont even deserve 1 star
The Owner and most of the workers are great. Just don t go in there alone if you are a new driver. They will take advantage of you for sure. They made me felt like I was making a great deal but after I signed and read the paper work they tuned a $27,000 used car into a $55,000 car. They got me pretty good. So just pay attention when it s time to make a deal.

Overall just a decent Nissan dealership. Parts Dept is very knowledgeable which is the only reason I am rating them 2 stars. Service Dept overcharges just for a diagnostic of your vehicle and also keep your vehicle for days without proper updates. If you dont call to find out about your vehicle you can easily go a few days to a week without your car
