Worst experience ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We areived at the airport and were told it would be a 4 hour wait even with a booked reservation. We had to take an Uber to our hotel and when we tried calling to check on our reservation, there is no way to contact the branch directly. We were told that they could not help us and the customer service rep HUNG UP ON ME.
