I emailed this dealer through a third party site. At first, I felt positive and thought I'd be able to at least try to make a deal. They responded to me quickly, and professionally. We were close on price, and he seemed optimistic he could hit my trade in request. I was all set on making time to go over to the dealer to buy a truck! Then everything broke down. Twice, the internet sales rep did not call me back as promised, and he didn't respond to my e-mails.
*They did contact me today and apologize for the oversight so I do know that they are aware of their reputation and care about it. I will update this review again as I have more involvement with them.
*Made the trip up today, but did not complete the purchase because a key option for us was not equipped on that particular vehicle. They offered us a good deal and a good deal on the trade in. I'll buy from them if they find the right vehicle for us.
