The healthcare services provided by Central Arkansas Veterans HCS: Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center have been subpar. The staff lacks professionalism and seems disinterested in providing quality care. The facility is outdated and lacks modern medical equipment. It's disappointing to see the lack of attention given to the healthcare needs of veterans. I would not recommend this healthcare center to other veterans.
