My grandma is currently a resident here. We are moving her to another facility ASAP!!! Please don t not let You loves one be treated by these people. My grandma s expensive items are stolen constantly. We buy her new clothes and new blankets and they are missing with no explanation a few days following. Her expensive wheelchair that SHE purchased is missing. We have asked and asked and get blank faces with I don t know answers. They treat my grandma like crap. Unless a family memeber is there requesting help to get her out of bed and dressed they won t do it. THIS IS THE JOB OF A CNA and they won t do it!!! My grandma pays out of her own pocket to stay there and she is treated like a waste of time and space!!!! I just don t understand how people can treat a human being like this. The place is falling apart and the staff needs be re evaluated. I feel if you work in a place like that you should know how to treat your patients. I guarantee none of those nurses or CNA s would treat or put up with their own grandmother being treated how my grandmother is being treated!!!! Something needs to happen fast and this facility needs to get their crap together. TREAT YOUR RESIDENTS WITH LOVE KIDNESS AND RESPECT!! Also whoever is stealing from the residents needs to be caught and put in jail!!!!! THE STEALING NEEDS TO STOP!!! Stealing from elderly people is lower than low!!!!
