Everyone was very nice,but I felt like I was at a school not a real office .Each person did not know how to work different machines and asked another coworker how to work it.I had to keep going from one room to another ,and the technician would call another one to help on how to set up the machine.The doctor was nice but I think his staff needs more training.Ive NEVER been to a eye doctor for close to 3 hours,and I had to cancel my other appt because it was sooo long.When I got my glasses they were bifocals,no one in the office said I was getting bifocals.so I had to have them sent back,after 2 weeks.waiting for my glasses. I needed them because I drive a long distance and now I have to wait 2 more weeks..I m very disappointed.
