Our first gift to customers, a few years ago, was Baked by Melissa. We've tried other vendors over the years to keep things fresh but after some not so pleasant experiences with other companies we returned to Baked by Melissa. Our tagline is about precision so we can't have suppliers representing us and missing the mark. The entire order process is seamless for us and we couldn't be happier.
