We are moving on from Sun Nuclear. Their policies regarding not "repairing" ten year old 1027 radon monitors is draconian and totally ridiculous. Their customer service was short (glib, flippant) with me on the phone about the whole topic.

Specifically we are talking about making calibration adjustments here - not a broken device. Their excuse has been that "parts" are no longer available. I have looked at their newer model 1027-XP and will no longer consider it in the running and we will gladly skip over their booth at tradeshows. I sincerely regret deciding to use their devices years ago when we setup shop.
