The lack of leadership, education, and training not only by the property manager and assistant property manager but also by the regional, namely A****A.

They are all entwined in a VERY clicky group. If you do not fit into their group, forget about anything else. Not only do they LIE for each other they will LIE against you.

Upper management and lower management smokes weed together ON PROPERTY while DRIVING a vehicle. Very unsafe for residents.

Employees in this click engage with residents in inappropriate behaviors. So much in fact, that one upper management employee had to be switched out with another at a different property. They hire their personal family members and let them get away with anything and everything.

The regional will push for her employees to win awards... not because they deserve them but because it makes her look good. Lame.

Stay away from the Fort Wayne area properties.
