I went in this store last week to purchase a new hydration bladder, but ended up leaving with the experience of a lifetime. After consulting with one of the employees about the pros and cons of the specific unit I had picked out, I was lead by the rack of "wool socks". I asked the employee I had been chatting with why anyone would pay so much for a pair of regular old socks. He stopped me right there. "These socks will change your life," he said to me. Shocked that an employee would make such a ridiculous claim about such a trivial part of outdoor attire, I became intrigued and was painted a vivid picture of what sets apart "regular wool" and Smart Wool. Impressed by the comfort of the pair I tried on, the fantastic warranty program, and the professionalism (and bold suggestion) of the employee, I left Dynamic Earth that day with 5 new pairs of Smart Wool socks.
