Expectation vs reality.. poor and slow service by the staff except the room attendants. Aquapark is not enjoyable since it is by the lake and it is way too expensive for such experience. Pools is not strategically located in various locations. Car parking is not organized. Sad to say they prioritize foreigners though locals also pay the same price as them so expect discrimination. Foods for the buffet is not worth the price and as much as possible they dont want to refill the foods after the buffet starts even at peak seasons and at early time (715 pm). The place is huge with trees but walk to various facilities is too far but they only provide 1 working shuttle when they say we are fully booked so they are not really prepared for the peak season. Massage is not also organized since they don t know the schedule of their staff even though the counter informed us of the availability but ended up cancelling since they are unorganized. Only thing we enjoyed is their taal trekking package but that is beyond their service.
