I would like to extend my appreciation to Courtney Hubbard who was extremely patient with my first time home purchase. I went into the process knowing nothing about buying a home or the financial process. Courtney was able to recommened an awesome Lending team and was helpful through the process. He went above and beyond afterhours sometimes until 9:30 pm sending me new listings i qualified for and answering my long lists of questions. At no time was he pushy or impatient. Courtney was very resourceful, he was able to recommend contractors for very decent prices. He was great when it came time to negotiate after the seller failed to keep his end.
