I went in for engine trouble that turned out to be a dead battery. Purchased a new battery and decided to get routine maintenance while vehicle was in the shop. Picked up vehicle on Friday then noticed smoke fumes in the vehicle on Saturday. Same on Sunday and discovered that the oil cap was never replaced. Oil spilled all over my engine and still has burning oil smell. Returned to service department on monday 7am to replace oil cap and to replenish oil. In and out in about 30 minutes however no apology for my inconvenience, no offer of any courtesy whatsoever, just told "you're ready to go". Service rep. was unapologetic and dismissive. Did not get a sense of the great Ford customer service I'm accustomed to at this location.
