One of their employees took it upon themselves while servicing our HOA s pond in Schaumburg to urinate on a tree in close proximity to my unit. The company has assured me and the Schaumburg PD they will follow up with additional training but as Lucas from Pizzo stated, we cannot train common sense . I have hopes the Board for our HOA finds a company that can behave more professional. The crew lead witnesses said behavior and refused to identify the employee when requested after incident. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion.
