Very disappointed in mercedes of cherry hill. My husband and I both lease our cars from this deanship. I have a Mercedes ML 350 suv and my husband has an E350 sedan. My car started having some issues and it is not even 2 years old. The car would not start every other time I put the key in. When I called the dealership they refused to come and pick up the vehicle and scheduled for me to come and bring it in 4 days later. So every time I went to work or anywhere I risked being stranded there. When my husband brought the car over they gave him a loaner a RAV4!!! This car doesn't even have a navigation! I think it is only fair if I am paying for a luxury car I get a similar car as a loaner. I was expecting to get a lower class of the car, but I was sure I would get a mercedes. Instead I got a tayota without any luxury features!!! I was planning on getting another mercedes when my lease was up, but there is no way I will ever lease or buy another mercedes!!!
