Being a female purchasing her first car on her own (an experience that was important for me to go through), I ve dealt with a number of different dealers and vehicles. Through the process, I ve developed what I would like to call a healthy level of skepticism .
What that means is that when I read all the 5-star, wonderful reviews for Kev and this dealership I decided to not put too much stock into them and decide for myself instead :)

Every Dealer I ve been to see tried to make a quick sale and move cars of their lot by offering to amend / add on, convince me that I didn t really need what I was looking for, etc.

Kevin Loth was the ONLY person I spoke with who stated we will spend time getting to know what you need and drive as many cars as needed until you find what you re looking for .

Once I met Kev within first 15 min, I knew I was going to buy a car from him. If they didn t have the perfect car that day, he was going to find it for me.

Turned out that it took us only about an hour to drive few cars and for me about 15 min to decide once I found the perfect car for me. From there, it can only be described as the best most Harmonious team effort that I experienced. From Stefani and Lazar dealing with me on the finance side with infinite patience, Christine taking me through the best intro to every feature of my car to Samantha making me feel like the most welcome addition to the Lexus on the Park family I couldn t have asked for better.
And it s not easy to impress me to this degree! :)

This is why my suggestion to you would be not to make this your first stop when shopping for new or certified pre-owned cars. You need comparison points go to others and then come here as your last stop!
