Had a 4 PM appointment. Arrived slightly before 4,...

Had a 4 PM appointment. Arrived slightly before 4, with no cars to be checked in in front of me. Did not get a service check in until 4:06 and did not get my car back until 5:45. All this for a simple oil change!!!
