My payment was missed due to my debit card being stolen. What could have been an easy fix to the account ended my multi-year relationship with them because of the lack of professionalism in their billing department. I was not only treated rudely but they kept getting in their own way making it difficult for me to give them the money they were asking for. I would avoid doing business with this company.
