No one goes to a hospital with pleasure. There are always reasons for concern and fear.
But if it is necessary, for example, to have a 3D CT scan made, then the first thing you notice is the friendliness of the hospital staff. This applies in my case from the check-in to the taking of the photos.
Very comfortable is the route that one has to follow to the relevant department, no more searching, ending up in one go at the right place, that is surely a better solution, my compliments to those who thought of this.
Some time later I had to report again for a heart catheterization.
Again I experienced the reassuring atmosphere of both the nurses and the doctors.
It was so pleasantly relaxing that it even made a joke in between.
Look I don't know who brought this positive atmosphere to this excellent hospital, but it can be an example for our society.
The heart catheterization went flawlessly, was very experienced and expert, found the right puncture spot in one go, without puncturing and therefore not burdensome. The reassuring information from the sympathetic nurse was very comprehensive and clear. The executive cardiologist Dr. Guy Lenders has also done his job very professionally and patiently, my compliments for this top team.
Hopefully I don't have to go back soon, but if it is then I don't look up like it used to be.
