If I could give this Hotel a NO stars review I would !! And this is without even having the displeasure of ever staying here! The customer service , or LACK of , is absolutely disheartening!!! I made a reservation several weeks ago to then find out the amenities they said to be offered were not correct. I then called back the same day to cancel the reservation. I received an email showing the reservation was never canceled and so I called and what do you know ..it was NEVER CANCELED!!! I explained the situation to Suhail , who is supposed to be an ASSISTANT General Manager , but she was absolutely NO help and would not direct me to the manager . They are going to charge me $150 for not canceling because they don t have note of it . The customer service is handled outside of the US like most everything is now and they made every mistake possible but will not be held accountable but I will be charged. I have been a Hilton Honors Member and stayed at SEVERAL Hilton locations over the years and have NEVER had this experience before. I have taken it to corporate and hoping they can help but either way I will NEVER stay at this location in the future and will be sure to spread the word!!!
