Don't normally write a review, but working with several other Jeep dealers willing to do whatever it takes to win the business, then realizing that is more of a slogan than an effort. Thus my expectations were set low when I decided to try Covert Jeep. From Email engagement I could tell that Glenda would actually work hard to earn my business and when she was involved in a car accident; Mike Degroso and Bart Gunkel stepped up on her behalf and went the extra mile to close the deal giving a better price on the New Jeep Grand Cherokee, and a fair offer for my trade in that did not leave you feeling like you gave it away. All I can say is that was a Team effort and eluded to more of a friends and family atmosphere, versus another checkbook/customer walking in the door.
