Ordered a side cover from them 6/3/20. Its now 6/1...

Ordered a side cover from them 6/3/20. Its now 6/17/20 and it says order received but not processed. I sent an email 4 days ago (with order #) and received absolutely no response back. So I called them today. The representative confirmed my order hasn't been processed and won't be till 7/3/20 because the part (made in Arizona) isn't in stock. I told her I confirmed it was in stock before ordering. She then hung up on me. I am done with this store.
