Painful to set up an account with them. Online web form / contact form, doesn't work, rang them and staff didn't seem to care. Why on earth they don't have an online system to join. I'd go with another company except there's no choice. They're the only company collecting in my area.
Customer service agent was miserable!! 4 phone calls later and maybe we'll get our bins collected
