I rated the Terry Bison Ranch as poor because they are not providing refunds if you booked for Frontier Days. I understand the cancellation of Frontier Days was beyond their control but they are using the cancellation to keep the pre paid bookings. I will never book with them again and I'll let other people on the RV forums know as well.
