Expectations are way below acceptable. Customer service very poor, poor customer service from management, rooms are old and musty, etc. Our family tried staying here for a specific function 2 years in a row but will never book a room at this hotel again. Last year our a/c went out in the night, this year we showed up and cancelled our reservation before even staying the customer service is so poor. We ended up booking a room at the Omni for a lower price. Much nicer hotel, worth the money and much better customer service.
