Brought a fridge freezer. When i opend it, it had a gash on the inside, after sending picture to them, was told that can only happen with a knife and as i plugged it i am only entitled to a small refund, i accept it, anyway when i rang Consumer Advice, they said otherwise but because i accepted a partial refund my case was weak
Thank you for telling me wrong and i am no longer going to buy from you out of principle
