Telecomshop Twente B.V. Review of BMW Group Nederland

'' No pure coffee at BMW Netherlands and BMW Broekhuis in Enschede ''
After returning from vacation I noticed that the steering wheel of my BMW530d vibrated. This also happened during braking. To ensure that this would not be dangerous, I have enabled BMW Mobility service. After 3 hours of waiting, the company, Broekhuis Almelo did not show up. After several phone calls with the Mobility Service, they have turned on the ANWB. That came neatly within an hour. The best sir advised me to go to an official dealer because of possible warranty because the car is within the manufacturer's warranty.
The mobility service then switched on BMW Broekhuis Enschede. They called me back the same day. The remark was made immediately, you did not buy the car from us or at least not in the Netherlands. True, I said. However, there is European warranty on the car, I clearly told the employee. (MISCELLANEOUSLY MAKES THIS NIKS !!! SEE MESSAGE FROM BMW IN MUNCHEN ENERGING THE NETHERLANDS TO TAKE THE COMPLAINT).
Anyway. The best employee advised me to go to BMW in Germany since I had bought the car there. I call again with the mobility service NL. Mrs became clearly annoyed and called again with Broekhuis in Enschede. So I was called again and now I was allowed to come along.
The next day I went to Broekhuis in Enschede. It was soon concluded that all 4 brake discs and brake pads had to be replaced at 1760, -. According to Broekhuis Enschede this was no guarantee as the discs were affected by external influences.
I found this very special for a car just a year old. I filed a complaint with BMW NL and in Munich. Nothing has come out of that.
After a few weeks I drove into the country to various business appointments. After having driven 1000km by car, the problem of vibrating steering and brakes had disappeared. I have informed BMW NL about this.
Of course I was wondering why BMW Broekhuis Enschede advised me a repair of 1700, - !!!! since afterwards it appears that this was not necessary at all.
I have Broekhuis Oost Enschede 3x (after several reminders mailed to BMW NL) the opportunity to respond to this. However, they do not give home. There has never been contact with me again.
If there had been a mistake when inspecting the car, they could have learned from this. However, it has been clear to me here that BMW Broekhuis Enschede has gone here purely for profit and not for SERVICE. That has been proven several times since they would rather not want to help you if you have bought a BMW elsewhere. There's nothing wrong with that since you have an EU guarantee on a car that has been purchased in Europe. BMW itself entered BMW NL in Munich when I filed the complaint.
A shame about Broekhuis Enschede and from BMW Netherlands that does not seem to have a grip on its DEALERS that do bear the name BMW.
Ps; I no longer need to be contacted. I have found another garage that would like to help me as a customer.
