Wow! I just read the other reviews ( on YELP) and most of them are scathing. I am pleased with my experiences with Pronto this year. I have had my furnace and A/C replaced. This was a preemptive strike; there was nothing wrong with the old ones but I wanted to replace them before they failed unexpectedly. I got a huge discount and multiple rebates back from the utility companies. And, yes, I received ALL of my rebates. I am shocked at my electric bill. I ran the A/C all summer and the electric bill was HALF what I've experienced in other summers. (I keep thinking that XCel made a mistake.)
Special shout-out to Matt B. for being my favorite service technician. He's super nice and patient. He carefully answers all of my questions--and I have a lot of them. Best of all, I never have to clean up after him after he's left. You should see the mess that some other companies leave! I always ask for him to do my twice-yearly checks.
