We are enjoying the new recliner. The level of comfort and fabric quality are definitely unlike most. We were quite disappointed in the buying process. We chose to purchase a recliner and opted out of delivery. We were basically left to tote the recliner through the store and had absolutely no assistance loading it. The store has nice furniture and you certainly pay a pretty penny so to be left with such poor customer service at the end left a pretty bad taste in our mouths. I don t think we will be back.
