Why are you a pediatric dentist if you don't know how to act around children? It was my child's first visit to the dentist and no one tried to ease her into it, they basically treated a 3 year old like a 30 year old. I am a dental hygienist at an adult practice, I would be out of the job if I treated my patients that harshly. Then they promised me one thing financially at the front desk and later sent me a bill. Needless to say, I never went back.
