This place has so many rules and requirements while living here like one car on one side per unit and move your car when snow starts, no posts on bulletin board, no smoking in the building or patio (I don't smoke I'm just making a point), don't leave the door open blah blah. then when it comes to living up to their part of the bargain, they don't. they don't plow when it hits the 3" like they say they will. they don't even plow if it hits 12" ...they wait and do it all at once when it stops. they have a hole in the parking area with a rain gate which is a extreme hazard that they haven't fixed in over a month and they mark it with a plastic bucket and some wood sticking out of it. they have painters come in who don't put wet paint signs out so a new suit jacket gets paint on it because of that and those painters do a horrid job.. they don't have regular pick up of garbage.. they are just cheap with who they hire or what they do.
