I am currently awaiting settlement for a non fault...

I am currently awaiting settlement for a non fault accident in July 2017. I have asked several times if my thoughts of the Medical facility I was sent to for evaluation was disclosed to the Medical staff jeopardising my assessment with no response. Despite needing surgery and having several months off work from a self employed job, I was offered a derisory sum based on the medical review. Emails & letters go unanswered. They appear to take the money from the insurance and do little to earn it. I am fed up with the service I have received and considering jumping ship to another firm. Awaiting Customer Services response.
