Great customer service. I bought an ecosport titanium edition. The process was smooth from beginning to end. I started shopping around from out of state and since I needed a car suddenly (due to a car accident that totaled my car). I dreaded every minute of it because car shopping is not my favorite. However, a few dealers contacted me and did not give me space to make a decision nor take a moment to breath through the car buying process. By that I mean, they constantly called, emailed and/or texted non stop. Dave at Ed Kenley Ford was nice, professional and he did the exact opposite, especially when it came to the day of the test drive and negotiations. I highly recommend this dealer if you would like to avoid those locations that make you feel pressured in any way, shape or form. Thank you for helping me meet an unexpected need.
