Yesterday I went to this shop following a problem while switching from Vodafone to Wind.
I specify that this problem was not caused by them but by an unauthorized dealer outside the region.
I found Matteo, who followed me for more than 1 hour in each step with care and professionalism (he could very well have sent me back to 155 as the activation had not been done in his shop) until the problem was solved.
Excellent preparation, professionalism and maximum availability.
