The apartment we have is nice. No terrible bug problems or issues with appliances or anything. However, there is an unexplained $20 fee on rent last month and the community amenities are not as advertised. As far as I can tell there is only one 24 hour fitness center (not the one that is in the main office) and the one attached to the main office is only open if the office is open. The 24 hr center was scorching hot last time I used it and only has three machines for working out and one functional treadmill. They do not provide racquetball equipment or pool balls in their main office fitness center, but those can't be used anyways unless you want to go in the middle of the day. I work during the week so I like to work out in the early morning or later in the evening, but I am unable to due to the restricted hours of the good fitness center.
Melissa in the office is Super nice, but over all the office is slow in service.
Would I recommend living here? Yes, if you want a decent price for your apartment. No if you want to live here for the amenities because they are not as good as they sound.
