Posting this review as this was the W hotel of choice for our week stay. Unfortunately it never happen do to the bad customer service by the W Hotel and Starwood employees. Beware when booking a stay with this company.

To make a long story short. Our stay was scheduled for June 29 -July 5. I called many times to add an extra day and they explained due to my rate they were unable to help as it needed to be done online. The only thing they would due is talk over you and not give you a chance to explain. The online system was having issues. No one had a clue what to do. I spoke to supervisor Victor Aguiler who promised a Manager would call and that never happened. At the end my issue was never fixed and I cancelled the reservation and booked another hotel. One note: the hotels front desk employee was very disrespectful and didn't value my stay and my paying rate. Never allowed me to talk and the only thing out of her mouth was policy. What a shame.
