As far as the best I had in Kuwait as a hotel, great service, great pool on the roof with gym and sea view. The hotel is located by the sea, but the beach is not for swimming, as is the whole sea at Kuwait City. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are spacious and attractively decorated. Lots of cupboards with a lot of space. I always take the apartments to the right or left, because you have more space than in a German two-room apartment.
