We were with friends for the first time in Egypt and in a hotel of the Steigenberger group and did not regret it in the Aqua Magic. We were already smart in the run-up and all the positive reviews met us fully. Had a room in the house 7 and it was like booked a deluxe room with 45 square meters. Everything was like new and very clean. TV with German channels (on the first day only tried) good adjustable air conditioning, free safe, fridge with drinks, coffeemaker, large furnished balcony and what was good for me ... no mosquitoes .... Sure, but who bookstore , also gets saving room, that's the way it is around the world, ours was very good anyway.
We found the whole area, from the huge heated pools, the restaurants, the architecture, the great way to the beach through a very well-kept park with fantastic trees and plants, the beach restaurant with pizza and grill station, the free offers such as Wi-Fi, canoe and pedal boat and much more, very successful. The varied evening entertainment and the small shops in the complex completed the offer positively. We had always enough shampoo, toiletries and fresh thick towels in the room .... top and very clean ... a big thank you to our room cleaning the standing orderly. We booked on the first day the three included specialty restaurants and there I enjoyed one of my best ever eaten beef fillets at the Italian (butter soft and to the point). Great it was also in the Indian restaurant, the freshly grilled shrimp tasted particularly good. Thanks to the nice service it was an unforgettable evening for us. The breakfast in the morning was really good. A huge assortment of fresh food and delicious breads and cakes (see photos) made to order omelets, eggs and pancakes at the show cooking stations. Super fast the breakfast boys, they brought us always fast coffee and orange juice and cleared the tables nimbly and covered for the next guests. I could list here for a long time more positive things, such as the own doctor's office in the house and a pharmacy (especially for older guests important) but there are just too many ..... It is important to mention, on the hotel's beach we got one Liege and our competent nice bartender provided us directly at the beach with drinks and great cocktails. A big compliment to the entire Steigenberger team ..... you have a great team ..... this holiday was just great ....... happy again
