We went to celebrate my sons birthday. He was really excited to do the create your own Hershey bar. Unfortunately when we got there they said they had some technical difficulties and they had to close it from the day before. My son was very disappointed as was I. We were leaving that day and we weren't coming back. I wished they would have done something besides just giving us a refund to make up for the disappointment. It was very disappointing and there was no communication before hand to let us know that the attraction would be closed. However I did find chocolate we couldn't find in the stores.
