We had the pleasure of purchasing a E350 from Issa and the Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach team at the beginning of the month. The staff at this location most certainly leads when it comes to taking care of the customers, which is why we decided to return just three weeks later to purchase a ML350. When I called to let Issa know we were coming, he and the team went right to work rolling out the red carpet. All of the cars I mentioned we were interested in were detailed, fueled and parked right by his office to ensure we did not have to wait. We could jump right in and begin to explore everything right away. Upon being welcomed back, we were of course offered coffee, lunch, anything we needed to guarantee we were as comfortable as possible. Mercedes offers a dizzying amount of features to choose from and with all the options it can become overwhelming. Issa took his time to explain everything from A to Z. He was incredibly patient and understanding, making it clear he would be there to help at any point we felt we needed him. Issa and the team are undoubtedly some of the friendliest people we have met. The energy this particular location possesses infuses the place with a spirited, uplifting feeling. The synergy is remarkably unparalleled. All of the departments work in concert to streamline the purchasing process with military precision. We are so thrilled with our new SUV and we would like to thank Issa, Erin, Greg, and the entire team at Long Beach Mercedes-Benz for another wonderful experience.
