This is the 4th time my group has stayed at the Mercure Gold Coast Resort. Whilst our past visits have been fantastic, we always seem to feel that the most recent visit was the best. We find the rooms to be very comfortable and large enough that you don't feel cramped. The bar and restaurant are staffed by the most delightful wait staff who are professional and friendly at all times. Eating in the restaurant is a must do. Our order included 6 steaks done to varying standards from Medium Rare to Well Done. All the meals arrived at the same time and all of the steaks were perfectly cooked. The Chocolate Brownie desert cannot be missed. We also utilise the hotel transportation for ferrying to and from golf courses. The drivers are always on time, courteous and helpful. In summary, when we are planning a Gold Coast golf trip I don't waste time looking around, I just email or call the staff at the Mercure Gold Coast Resort and I know I will be looked after and my group will have a relaxing and enjoyable trip.
