Some of the negative google reviews posted here are absurdly, entirely contrary to my experiences, and hence has now spurred my own review. I have been a customer of this dealer's service department throughout the past 12 years, and will be an UNWAVERING customer going forward. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it. I have always submitted internal Toyota surveys of my experiences, but seeing a google review accusation of high pricing or unnecessary fix etc. is just too extreme of a contrast to my 12 years of direct experience to not contribute my own. The Service Manager at this location has ALWAYS treated me extremely fairly and honestly, with full explanations of options and recommendations, and he has exercised substantial effort to SAVE me money and ensure my relationship is valued. Literally, this Service Manager is one of the main reasons why I stay with the Toyota brand and I recently purchased a new Highlander (from this same dealership) to replace my Sienna simply because I trust him and the brand. I doubt my 12 years of positive experiences can be deemed a fluke. And yes, I price-shopped repairs in the first several years of this relationship, and in every instance the quote was competitive. The reality of some of these negative google reviews might be personality-communication style misunderstanding because in terms of actual professionalism and actual dollars this Service Department has been doing an absolutely fantastic job for me for the past 12 years, and I am extremely confident it will be the same ahead.
